What are the indications that the NY screening didn't go well? fernanda Any tweets, etc.? Not to mention the latest reviews on letterboxd, which are super tough.

I wouldn't count letterbox reviews as anything too significant. Matt Singer, David Eldritch and Richard Lawson seem to be in a clear minority, even though by both it's content and style the film can be fullg expected to be divisive...

A french spoken journalist who saw the movie with a political journalist explained me that some movie journalists thought the movie was black-and-white thinker and the political journalist thought it was amusing because the facts in the movie are true and basically Cheney became Dark Vador of politic.

Just watched a second screening of Vice and although I think Bale did a stellar job, I have a feeling Amy Adams will get the award. Cooper being the front runner for a while now and his campaigning is giving him the edge. So I’m just getting ready to be disappointed when Cooper wins lol.
